It has a USB Type-C port and 4 VE.Direct ports. It is compatible with every device that runs Venus OS with USB port. It is also compatible with Raspberry, Windows, Linux etc…

Common Issue and questions:
- Why power LED is ON but no communication?
This is a very common issue and most of the time you are using a USB cable that has only the power wire and no data wires.
Please change the USB cable - Is it compatible with Victron Cerbo ?
Yes it is compatible - There is some random disconnection
– Probably the SD card is almost broken, try to replace it
– You are using a bad or too long USB cable, try to change it. - Not all the ports are working
Try to reboot the device
